Start with making a family feelings chart to help foster relational health at home!
Try this exercise, inspired by Kaiya Shelton at Vision for Children.
Write a message to your child on a sticky note and leave it for them to see. Keep it simple. Something like "I love you" or "So lucky to be your mom." This supports relational health and helps to raise resilient children!
Parenting is exhausting. Everyone needs support to raise resilient children. We are stronger together but together can be hard when we are struggling with relationships.
Try leaning in and listening. Remember, you don't have to be perfect. You just have to stay curious and connected. Relational health is crucial to raising resilient children and promoting wellness. You've got this!
